Chief Instructor Haruo Matsuoka (5th Dan) heads Aikido Doshinokai under the direction of Shihan Seiseki Abe (10th Dan).   Dedicated to the development and proliferation of the Founder's art, Aikido Doshinokai Dojo offers instruction in the martial as well as philosophical aspects of aikido.  

Each class involves rigorous training based on the methods of traditional Japanese martial arts.  Students of all levels train together, at their own paces.   This training develops self-defense skills, physical fitness and spiritual awareness.  All interested students are welcome.
